  一、技术结构原理：主机外形头高尾低式滚筒形态，齿轮带动筒体外齿圈转动。由25型热风炉提供980度高温烟气，与煤直接接触。煤在筒体内运行大约12分钟。筒体尾部分别有两套旋风除尘和水膜除尘装置，室外由一套破碎系统和给筒体上煤系统组成，所有设备配套电机均为调频，由主控制室操作。
  将破碎褐原煤用大倾角皮带运输机，送入滚动筒体内。筒体顺时针转同，利用筒体内杨科板（60cm*45cm)，通过转动将煤送至高点后自然落下，形成旋转状煤幕，同时由25型热风炉所产生的高温烟气，多次穿过煤幕，通过热能的交换及热辐射源，将褐煤固有的水分脱去。
  干燥后的成品褐煤属性基本稳定，在生产过程中，为达到环保要求，防止和减少粉尘对大气环境的污染，在生产过程中配有旋风除尘和水膜除尘装置。。
