I am a customs officer here。
According to the provisions of Customs Law of People's Republic of China, only * company is authorized to supply the provision store for foreign vessels called in the port。
Captains are requested not to purchase from other companies or individuals。 In case of any violations, all goods will be seized according to law and the the vessel party fined。
We will also pursue administrative penalty on the captain should such violation constitutes a serious breach。
