在A与C之间我们就应该好好比较一下句子意思，后一句they　will　do中they是指exercises，如果选Ａ就翻译成练习会带给你更好，而Ｃ就是说　练习会给你带来更多进步，还有这里有个固定搭配＂the　more．．．the　more．．＂
