监管与执行的人如果是同一个的话,后果可能就是监管不利。
自己怎么能管自己呢? 自己起草了以后自己批,这也同样不合适。
一点小建议而已。
另,在简历或工作内容描述(一般是来自于用人单位或猎头的)里面,只要写明白工作的内容及性质就好了,不需要必须写明白每一句话的主语。
要不然就会显得非常冗。
