  2、甲方应保证参与本次的活动人员的秩序及爱护各类器材设备及保持场地的完好清洁。如有违反,甲方应酌情赔偿本公司及第三人之经济损失。PartyAshallassurethatalltheattendantstotheactivityshalltakecareofthefacilitiesandkeepthesiteclean。

  7、如遇超出本协议条款所规定的状况发生,应依照中华人民共和国相关法律及或是相关部门所制订的有关规定处理解决。
