I am writing to tell you the discussion we’ve had about whether students of junior three should take physical exercise。
60% of the students think they should take exercise every day, such as doing morning exercises, playing basketball, but we shouldn’t spend too much time on the sports。
Exercise builds one’s body and reduces diseases。 And it can let our brains have a rest so that our study can be more effective。
While other 40% of the students believe taking exercise is a waste of time and tiring。 After having sports, they are much too excited for a long time to pay attention to their lessons。
It is also possible to be hurt in sports。
In my opinion, I think taking exercise is good to us, especially to our junior three students, but we shouldn’t spend too much time on the sports。
