请问我把这单子打出来？

   是意大利火车票购票问题~~急,今天终于在意铁上买到票了，给我的信息如下，我买的TICKETLESS的，请问我把这单子打出来，到了火车站怎么拿票啊，还是直接去把这单子给售票的，从来没去过意大利，谁能帮我回答一下啊，而且我网上订票的时候买的是两人的，他们火车票是实名制吗？填写名字的时候只有一个地方让我写一个名字。
