The effective date of this agreement is the date of the signature of the last of the two parties to sign。
In order to protect certain confidential information which shall be exchanged between

For a nine (9) months’ term beginning with the date of BAYER’s receiving of the INFORMATION CAS will not provide the Compounds to any other third party for evaluation outside of China。
BAYER desires to evaluate under the terms of this Agreement the INFORMATION including the TEST MATERIAL in order to determine BAYER’s interest in joint research of the Compounds or any other cooperation with CAS。
