It is a custom to stay up late or all night
and pray for peace in the coming year。Everybody,men and women,old and young,put on new clothes。
When the younger generation extend their New Year greetings to their seniors,the
latter give them money wrapped in red paper that is called
yasuiqian(money to keep for the year)。
On the second day,
after breakfast,there are exchanges of visits between
frends and relatives。
During the Spring Festival there are
also lion dances and drum and etc。
除夕之夜,全家人会聚在一起,放鞭炮、贴春联，非常热闹。
人们
吃许多好吃的东西，最普通的是饺子。年三十熬夜祈求来年平安
是一个传统习俗。无论男女老少，人人穿新衣。当晚辈给长辈拜年时，长辈会给他们用红纸包的压岁钱。第而天早餐后，亲戚朋友互相拜访。
