There was a written mistake on the hygraulic pressure for CN252 carbon nitrogon seeping process, which should be bar instead of mbar。
4．水压只是保证设备的循环冷却，在现有水泵和管道设施配置下，只要水压≥1bar即符合要求,原工艺水压规定不当;
Hygraulic pressure ensure the cooling circualtion of the equipments。
With the current station of pump and pipes, any pressure over 1bar is qualified, but the original pressure prescription is improper。

2006年10月7日，热处理车间召开由车间主任兼技术员蒲玲，对热处理311线和艾协林线的操作工共18人进行的“热处理常用计量单位及化工原料知识”“工艺规程”的培训；
Oct 7th 2006, a training to 18 jockeys of both 311 line and Ai Xie Lin line on "common meassurement during heat treatment and chemical material knowledge" was given by the workshop leader and technician Pu lin。
11月7日完成对热处理生产线各热工仪表进行了挂牌标识，标识中除写明了仪表名称外，各仪表的规范要求值也同样在上面进行了标识；
Finished putting signboards to all meters at the heat treatment production line on Nov 7th。
The signboards not only said the name of the meter but standardized the maximum & minimun meter too。
06月11月7日，热处理车间311线已正式开始使用重新设计的专用表格对设备进行监控；
All the workshop of 311 line started to use the redesigned from for equipment supervision from Nov 7th。
更正水压单位后和规范要求值后的热处理工艺卡；

在产品FMEA阶段，由于考虑我公司现有的工艺加工和控制方法能满足顾客所有要求，因此在对客户图纸进行转化时，按以往产品经验对特殊特性进行了识别。

纠正措施：
对顾客图纸规定的特殊特性性进行重新识别；
按照顾客特殊特性识别，修订相关的图纸、FMEA、工艺、控制计划、作业指导书等文件。
对文件使用人员进行培训，使特殊特性增加后使用人员能对其含义进行正确理解；
对其他工艺文件进行审核，杜绝类似事件的发生。
