  We have been exerting our efforts to cooperate with your factory,even there is no actual performaces after your sign with other company,we are always ready to help your factory。
  Running a factory ,there is a lot of objective things that we can't expect。The OK goods have sent to your factory,only a slimly mistake。
  And we also have negociated with you when we should send,nonetheless you have denied by the mistake。
  So we consider that the contract between us is only 2 months not 3 years。There no extra negotiations。
  We also you can consider the difficulty being a factory。And the loans of November is still in suspension。
