构建和发展了“以活性单体化合物为探针发现药物靶标”的新药研究技术体系,通过整合抗毒力因子活性分析和活体成像等多种技术建立了抗菌活性单体化合物多水平体内外筛选模型,用以发现探针化合物;利用生物芯片技术结合多种分子生物学手段建立了药靶高通量分析和确证平台,用以挖掘基于探针化合物的新药靶。在国内外杂志上发表研究论文87篇(其中SCI50篇)。近3年发表SCI论文18篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者SCI论文16篇;授权专利4项;参与出版著作2部。
