He told me not to bring you anything。他告诉我不要给你任何东西。tell(ask)sb to do sth告诉要某人去做某事，当要表示，告诉（要）某人不要去做某事时，应说：tell(ask)sb not to do sth 否定词not要放在to的前面。

tell sb sth＝tell sth to sb告诉某人某事。 eg: He is telling the children a story。他正在给孩子们讲一个故事。
Did you tell her the news?＝Did you tell the news to her?你把这个消息告诉她了吗？see是“看到” ，例如：Did you see Tom playing basketball just now? look强调“看”这个动作，例如：Look at them, what on earth are they doing? watch是“观看，监视”，例如：I like to watch tennis games on TV。
