3、 审核其他工艺文件，杜绝类似事件的发生。
To audit other artwork documents , and put an end to happen the similar matters。
纠正措施证据：
The evidences of the corrective measure :
1、 5T15产品图纸、FMEA、产品特性清单、CP、机械加工作业指导书、检验作业指导书、更改通知单；
5T15 product drawing , FMEA , the product characteristic list , CP , the operation instructor of the machine proceeding , the inspection operation instructor and the alteration requisition ;
2、 《特殊特性标识和控制》培训记录；

3、 抽查操作者张连福，能正确回答特殊特性的含义；

二、原因分析：
Two : the analyses of the reason
1。 该员工从AICHELIN炉新调到UNICASE炉，两种炉的压力表计量单位不一样，对UNICASE炉的压力表计量单位符号不能识别和正确读出；
This staff was removed from AICHELIN furnace to UNICASE furnace , because the unit of measurement of the two furnaces’ pressure gauge , and he did not identify and read rightly the unit denotation of measurement of the UNICASE furnace’ pressure gauge 。
2。 UNICASE炉原始记录格式借用AICHELIN记录本，无“甲醇压力”记录栏，操作者将甲醇压力错误记录在“氮气”记录栏；
The original record form of the UNICASE furnace borrowed from AICHELIN record note , and no record column of “ methanol pressure “ , so the operator wrote the methanol pressure mistake in the record column of “nitrogen gas” 。
3。 AICHELIN生产线CN252碳氮共渗工艺上水压单位书写笔误,应为bar,而非mbar；
The writing of the hydraulic pressure unit is wrong in CN252 artwork list of AICHELIN product-line , and should be “ bar”, not “mbar”。
4．水压只是保证设备的循环冷却，在现有水泵和管道设施配置下，只要水压≥1bar即符合要求,原工艺水压规定不当;
The hydraulic pressure only assure the circulating cooling of the equipments , under the configuring of the existing water pumps and piped devices , if the hydraulic pressure is greater than or equal to 1 bar , that is to say it fit to the requires , and the regulation of the original artwork’s hydraulic pressure is wrong 。

1． 对相关员工进行工艺规定和计量单位符号的培训；
To train the artwork regulation and the unit denotation of measurement for the relevant staffs ;
2、对两种热处理炉上需监视的各种压力表，挂牌明示压力名称和压力值要求，以便员工识别调整;
For the different kinds of pressure gauges of two kinds of heat treatment furnaces that need to be watched , we should use the brand to mark the pressure names and the requires of the pressure in order to make the staffs identify and adjust them 。
3、重新设计、印制UNICASE炉原始记录本,记录UNICASE炉过程参数；
To renew to design and print the original record note of UNICASE furnace , and record the procedural parameter of the UNICASE furnace 。
4、修订热处理工艺卡,更正压力单位笔误， 规定水压≥1bar 。
To revised heat treatment artwork card , and correct the wrong writing of the unit of measurement , and regulate the hydraulic pressure is greater than or equal to 1 bar 。
5、车间大会上明确各班长对过程参数记录的监督检查职责，职责履行列入工资考核；

1、1995年购入的进口剃齿机和磨齿机，无中文版设备使用说明书，设备管理和维护人员不能看懂外文版的设备说明书，只开展了日常清洁和润滑的维护工作。

2、 采供部寻找设备备件供应商，配齐备件；
The purchase department should look for the suppliers of the equipments’ spare parts , and assort them 。
3、 设备维护人员实施设备维护计划，定期维护设备。
The equipment’s maintenance staffs should take the equipment maintenance plan , and maintain it termly 。
4、 公司无力实施的设备维护计划，委外完成。
The company should entrust other companies to finish the equipment maintenance plan what we have no capability to execute 。
