（三）年龄达到60周岁，持有准驾车型为大型客车、牵引车、城市公交车、中型客车、大型货车的机动车驾驶人，应当到机动车驾驶证核发地车辆管理所换领准驾车型为小型汽车或者小型自动挡汽车的机动车驾驶证；年龄达到70周岁，持有准驾车型为普通三轮摩托车、普通二轮摩托车的机动车驾驶人，应当到机动车驾驶证核发地车辆管理所换领准驾车型为轻便摩托车的机动车驾驶证。

（四）具有下列情形之一的，机动车驾驶人应当在三十日内到机动车驾驶证核发地车辆管理所申请换证：Whenmeetingoneofthefollowingcircumstances,themotorvehicledrivershallapplyforrenewthroughthevehicleadministrationwheretheoriginallicensewasissued。
1、在车辆管理所管辖区域内，机动车驾驶证记载的机动车驾驶人信息发生变化的；Withinthemanagementjurisdictionsofvehicleadministration,theinformationrecordedinmotorvehicledriver'slicensehaschanged;2、机动车驾驶证损毁无法辨认的。

二、所需资料：Requiredinformation:（一）填写《机动车驾驶证申请表》；Filloutthe"motorvehicledrivinglicenseapplicationform";（二）申请人身份证明（详见业务指南13）原件及复印件；Theapplicant'sidentificationcredentialandcopies。
Seeguideline13fordetaileddescription。（三）县级或者部队团级以上医疗机构出具的《机动车驾驶人身体条件证明》。属于申请驾驶残疾人专用小型自动挡载客汽车的，应当提交经省级卫生主管部门指定的专门医疗机构出具的有关身体条件的证明（驾驶证已进入换证期限或审验期限和由于身体条件发生变化申请降级准驾车型的需提交）；TheCertificateforPhysicalFitnessoftheApplicantissuedbyamedicalinstitutionatandabovethecountylevel,orbyamilitarymedicalinstitutionatandabovetheregimentlevel。
FortheapplicationforthedrivinghandicappedSmallAutomaticpassengercars,theapplicantsshouldsubmitthecertificateofphysicalconditionissuedbyspecializedmedicalinstitutionsdesignatedbytheprovincialhealthauthorities(Withinareneworcertificationperiod,orduetochangesinphysicalconditionforquasi-demotiondrivetype,thedriver’slicenseshouldbesubmitted);。
（四）机动车驾驶证（补证业务除外）；Motorvehicledrivinglicense(exceptforbusinessofrenewing);（五）办理驾驶证补证业务的需提交机动车驾驶证遗失书面说明；Toapplyareplacemenyofmotorvehicledrivinglicense,awrittenstatementforlossofmotorvehicledriver'slicenseshouldbeprovided。
（六）办理变更换证的，需要提供变更证明；Tochangeamotorvehicledrivinglicense,aproofforchangingofmotorvehicledriver'slicenseshouldbeprovided。
（七）申请人近期免冠、白底背景、人头像约占相片长度三分之二的彩色正面光学相片4张（规格为32mm×22mm，300dpi）。4recentcolorphotooftheapplicant'suncappedfrontsideinawhitebackground(Spectaclesareneededtowearifvisionisunderrectification),withasizeof32mm×22mm(1Sqinch),theheadoccupyingabouttwothirdsofthephoto'slength,anda300dpiresolution。
