一个协议：甲乙双方在公平、诚信、平等、互利互惠的基础上，经过友好协商，达成如下合作协议： 一、关于模费收取标准和支付时间： 1、模费收取标准：普通TN、HTN产品每款收取模费USD*** 普通STN产品每款收模费USD*** 黒膜产品每款收模费USD*** COB产品收模费USD*** COG的产品收模费USD*** 背光的模费根据背光产品的不同类型另外报价。 2、模费支付时间： 图纸确认后，乙方需在开模前预付50%的模费，甲方在收到乙方预付模费后方能安排开模； 其余50%的余款，乙方应在收到样品的5日内付清。 二、关于货款支付时间与要求： 1、乙方要求甲方安排生产时，需有正式订单给甲方，并预付甲方30%的生产定金，甲方在收到乙方的正式订单和30%的订金后方能安排生产。其余70%的余款，乙方应在收到货物后5日内付清 2、乙方在下订单时，每个型号每张订单的金额不得低于***美金。 3、甲乙双方约定的价格条款为FOB香港。 三、关于付款方式： 乙方把应付模费和应付货款按时电汇至甲方指定香港帐户。 四、有关甲乙双方的经济纠纷和法律诉讼，由甲方所在地中国****人民法院管辖。 本协议盖章有效，一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，具有相同的法律效力。

  When Party B requests Party A for arrangement for the manufacture of goods ordered, Party B is to send formal purchase orders and make 30% advance payment before manufacturing to Party A。
   Party A will arrange for the manufacture of goods ordered only after receiving formal orders and 30% advance payment。
   The rest 70% payment must be paid by Party B within 5 days of receipt of shipment。 2。 Amounts of orders placed for each type of product should not be less than XXX USD。
   3。 The unit price agreed between both parties shall be based upon FOB Port of Hongkong。 三、关于付款方式： 乙方把应付模费和应付货款按时电汇至甲方指定香港帐户。

   Any legal and financial claim or controversy arising out of this Agreement shall be handled via the China XXX People’s Court in whose jurisdiction Party A’s registered offices are located。
   This Agreement shall come into effect on the day on which it is signed by both parties。 This Agreement is drawn up in two copies having equal legal force, one copy for each party。
