To set up new pure water treating equipment
In order to meet the requirements of feed water quality for gold plating lines, we would set up a new second-stage RO equipment of 10T/H to lower the pure water conductivity from 15 to 5, in the meantime utilizing the original pre-treatment equipment。
Because the standard of pure water conductivity for chemical gold plating or gold plating is below 5,the first-stage RO treatment can not reach the standard, so the second-stage RO treatment is quite neccesary。
If the pure water conductivity is higher, it will cause a higher rate of abandoned products from gold plating lines and decrease the superior products。
It's obviously a waste。
