Handling the ball
手球
Handling the ball involves a deliberate act of a player making contact with
the ball with his hand or arm。
The referee must take the following into consideration: 手球是指球员有意识的用手或者手臂接触皮球。裁判在判罚时应当考虑以下因素： • the movement of the hand towards the ball (not the ball towards the hand) 手主动接触球（而非球主动接触手） • the distance between the opponent and the ball (unexpected ball) 球与手之间的距离（来不及闪躲的接触） • the position of the hand does not necessarily mean that there is an infringement 手的位置并不是判罚手球的必要条件，即是说无论张开还是收拢，也要视实际情况来判罚 • touching the ball with an object held in the hand (clothing, shinguard etc。
) counts as an infringement 用手握住的物体接触皮球也视为手球（比如球衣，护腿板） • hitting the ball with a thrown object (boot, shinguard etc。
) counts as an infringement 用手投掷的物体接触皮球也视为手球（比如球鞋，护腿板） 本人意见：规则说的很清楚了，来不及躲闪的或者无意的手球不应该判罚，来得及躲闪的或者主动的手球应该判罚。
至于现在对无意手球和有意手球的区分越来越不明显是因为鼓励进攻的关系，实际操作中是扩大防守面积的无意手球可判可不判。
