Abisko Fjällturer, probably the most popular one among international students. i was there two year ago, heavy clothes were free to borrow, rental for cross country ski and snow shoes cost almost nothing. there were less light pollution than kiruna, hike a little bit to a heli platform, lying down, great spot waiting for aurora. dog sledding is not impossible and affordable, however, i didn't do that, my Belgian friend said it's a bit rush, however, she still had great fun last year. the best is free sauna, first freaking hot inside, and then rush out, roll in the snow, fully naked, go back, and come out again, and again... it can be mixed. google the recent update.
